Introduction to Buddhist Meditation Classroom

In this two-hour session, you will explore the core principles of Buddhist philosophy, learn about the benefits of meditation, and be introduced to formal practice through breath awareness.

Sessions are held every Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 PM.

Please note:
All guided tours, retreats, and classroom activities are conducted in Spanish. However, for groups of 6 or more people, we may be able to offer the experience in English upon request.
