Meditation is a mental discipline that opens the door to a better understanding of the world and oneself, thanks to a critical investigation of one’s own mind.
In the two-hour session, you can learn about the theoretical principles of Buddhist philosophy and its areas of application in your life.
We will also introduce you to the formal practice of meditation based on attention to breathing as a means to achieve a calmer mind.
